Maria Parker Tallies 1,000+ Points and 500 Rebounds

Maria Parker, Haskell Indian Nations University's 6'2" Senior, Center from Oneida, Wisconsin has accumulated 1,226 points and 500 rebounds since the start of her basketball career at Haskell. She becomes the first Lady Indian to tally both 1,000+ points and 500 rebounds. During a win against College of St. Mary, 78-56, Parker finished with 27 points and 10 rebounds.

Maria is also currently ranked 11th in the nation in total blocks (35), and 13th in blocks per game (2.059). She ranks 19th in field goal percentage (53.1%) and 43rd in points per game (16.29).

Parker is a three time MCAC All Conference selection as well as Honorable Mention NAIA All American in 2009.
