Haskell Office of the Registrar mission centers on maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of student academic records while adhering to policies. They support the institutional mission by providing efficient, user-friendly services for registration, scheduling, and academic records to students, faculty, and staff.

Goals:

• Records Integrity and Security:  Maintaining accurate, secure, and compliant student records, including transcripts, grades, and graduation audits.
• Efficient Registration and Scheduling:  Developing user-friendly registration processes and optimizing class schedules to improve student and faculty experiences.
• Student Success and Retention:  Leveraging data and technology to identify trends that support retention, such as identifying at-risk students or simplifying graduation paths.
• Compliance and Reporting:  Ensuring adherence to policies (e.g., FERPA in the U.S.) and submitting accurate data to external, governmental, or accreditation agencies.
• Technological Advancement:  Implementing modern, digital systems to replace manual, paper-based processes for increased efficiency and reduced errors.
