Indigenous and American Indian Studies
Welcome
Welcome to Indigenous and American Indian studies at Haskell Indian Nations University!
Our program offers American Indian/Alaska Native undergraduates the opportunity to become immersed within a critically engaged and socially relevant academic experience at the oldest Tribal college in the country. Students in our program explore a range of topics that include treaties, historical figures, policies, law and legislation, films, Tribal identities, and more. We hope to provide you with a comprehensive foundation in the study and practice of Tribal Nation sovereignty while assisting you in articulating your vision of Tribal advocacy and leadership.
